Panashe is an organisation based in Leicester and operates across Leicestershire County Council. Our primary aim is to reach out and touch lives to make a difference in people’s lives.

At Panashe, we put ourselves in other people’s shoes in order to empathise with their situations which means we can support them better.

Our work ethics are diligent and selfless. We strive to put smiles on people’s faces all the time by going the extra mile to meet their needs.

We embrace difference by taking a holistic approach to our care delivery methods which means people do not have to change their little ways just because they are now receiving care. We care for people in the comfort of their own homes and pride ourselves in being the only care agency that supports people to remain in the comfort of their own homes for as long as they possibly can. That is why we say “there is no place like home”.

Our plan is to provide excellent care and support that is delivered from a quality service by promoting independent decision making by the service user. We do this by:

  • Carrying out an initial assessment of your needs.
  • Working closely with service users and their carers to formulate their individualised care packages.
  • Matching service user needs to our skill base that has well trained and experienced staff.
  • Striving to provide a quality service resulting in quality care at all times.
  • Respecting individuals rights and choices.
  • Offering a service to all age groups with different needs that live in England and Wales.
